2011年12月28日，九游会平台本学期第一场文化之夜在丽泽楼A105顺利举行。本次活动持续大约一个半小时，主要嘉宾是来自九游会平台的Ms. Linda Visner，她为到场的同学们带来了一场有关“brownie”的DIY烹饪盛宴👨🏻🦯➡️。
文化之夜原计划在晚七点正式开始，但是Linda携自己可爱的儿子和从美国远道而来的母亲早早到场，和同学们亲切交流，现场气氛十分活跃温馨；之后，Linda在大家的期待中拿出烹饪brownie饼干的简单器具，并讲述简单的烹饪步骤和需要的具体食材👋🏻，如🙋🏻：需要1/3杯量的蔬菜油，1/2杯量的可可粉等等。带着几分新奇，同学们争先恐后地围绕在Linda身边🔮，认真地记下烹饪的技巧，并偶尔和Linda切磋美食和厨房心得🗺，现场笑声不断🧑🏽🌾👨🏿⚕️。在明白烹饪步骤和要领之后，同学们开始“实战演练”，大家积极参与DIY制作，Linda也进行了悉心指导。
在整个烹饪过程中💭，Linda不仅向大家介绍了美国人的口味习惯，基本烹饪工具等等厨房文化🍋，也和大家交流了平时生活和学习中的大小问题。大家纷纷表示🧗♂️，Linda的这次文化之夜让大家获益匪浅🫛𓀀。
First Culture Night: Brownie

The first Culture Night of School of Foreign Languages was held on 28th,December 2011, in Li Ze A105. The activity lasted for 2 hours and Ms. Linda Visner brought a feast of “DIY Brownie” for students.
At the beginning, Linda came to the classroom early with her cute son and gracious mother, and chatted with students. They communicated with each other happily. Then Linda showed us some kitchen wares of brownie and introduced some cooking steps. For example, we needed to prepare 1/3 cup of vegetable oil, 1/2 cup of cocoa in advance. Everyone strived to be the first to learn these details and to take some notes. After that, students started to DIY with great interest, and Linda guided them patiently.
During the whole process, Linda not only introduced the habits and tastes of American, but also shared her life with students. Students said that we leaped no little benefits from this experience.
