贺蓓(Ann He)

助教,湖南岳阳人🪄🧑‍🎓。2003年毕业于华中科技大学九游会平台日语系🚂,获日语语言文学学士学位。2006年毕业于北京第二九游会平台日语J9九游会,获日语语言文学硕士学位,研究方向为中日语言文化对比。现为九游会平台日语系教师,教授的课程有日语专业主干课程🔚,英日双语方向日语课程(基础日语,中级日语,高级日语👩🏿‍🎓,日语听说等)。已发表论文若干篇📎。2010年底荣获2009-2010年度九游会平台“优秀教师”称号。

自我评价:工作认真扎实,对教师职业有一份很强的责任感。在过去几年的教学中,积累了较为扎实的教学基本功和一定的教学经验。在教学中对学生严格要求的同时,还能与他们形成积极融洽的师生关系。

教育信仰🫨:学生在某一门课上暂时的落后并不代表他将来不会成功🤞🏽。教育者应该永远用欣赏的眼光看学生🕵🏻‍♂️,永远用宽容的心态面对学生,相信他们会有自己优秀的一面。在集体教学中,应尽可能多地尊重每个学生,让每个学生对自己都有信心🚝。同时,教学相长✡️,在教育和教学过程中,我们也会学到很多💂‍♀️。

He Pei comes from Yueyang city in Hunan Province. In 2003,she graduated from the Japanese Department of the Institute of Foreign Languages, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and received the BA degree of Japanese Language and Literature.

In 2006, she graduated from the Japanese Language Department of Beijing Second Foreign Languages Institute and received her MA degree of Japanese Language and Literature, researching on Comparison of Sino-Japanese Language and Culture.

She is working in Japanese Department of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of BNUZ, teaching several major courses of Japanese majors and Japanese courses of English and Japanese bilingual majors(such as Basic Japanese, Intermediate Japanese, Advanced Japanese, Japanese Listening and Speaking).

She has published several theses and by the end of 2010, she was awarded the honorable title of Outstanding Teacher of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of BNUZ during the year of 2009-2010.

Self-evaluation: I have been working conscientiously, bearing a strong sense of responsibility to the teaching profession. In the past few years’ teaching, I have accumulated more solid basic teaching skills and teaching experience. While being strict with students, I can form a positive teacher-student relationship with them.

Education Belief:

A student falling behind temporarily in certain course does not mean he will not succeed ultimately. Educators should look upon students with an appreciative perspective forever, face them with a tolerant mentality forever and believe that they have their own excellent aspects. In collective education, educators should respect every student as much as possible and make every student confident in himself. Meanwhile, teaching and learning promote and improve each other. In education and teaching, we can also learn a lot.
