9月27日晚上7点，万众期待的外院首场外教讲座在励耘楼A302成功举办。主讲人是来自外院的老师Mr.Sean McHugh,，本次讲座的主题是“英国概况以及亚洲、非洲之文化体验”。讲座现场座无虚席🔃，同学们热情高涨。

首先，Sean简述了英国悠久的历史和博大精深的文化。他分别从地理环境、国家政策、特色建筑🧩、文化氛围等方面详细地介绍了英国👩🏽‍💼。通过生动的解说和精彩的图片展示🥔🥯，同学们被带进了神秘的英国。Sean从英国赫赫有名的斗牛狗讲到英国人情有独钟的橡树，从美丽的牛津校园讲到欧洲大学浓郁的学术氛围🤾🏽‍♂️👪，再从莎士比亚的代表作讲到欧洲各国的伟大艺术。同学们被异国风情吸引的同时🚆，也感叹于英国深厚的文化底蕴🧘🏼。

紧接着，Sean图文并茂地讲述了自己在亚洲及非洲的文化之旅。他还跟大家分享了在中国、韩国🐂、印度、菲律宾🧏‍♀️、哈塞克斯坦等几十个亚非国家路途上的所见所闻🌡，并用独特的视角讲述了中西文化的差异以及对各国的文化印象🤵🏿。Sean在讲述自己的中国之行的同时也表达了自己对中国文化的热爱。在场的同学听得津津有味，现场不时发出惊叹声和欢笑声🤿🪅。

最后，大家积极地向Sean提出自己感兴趣的问题，Sean一一耐心地解答同学们的问题🤸。整场讲座氛围轻松愉快，伴着热烈的掌声，外院第一场外教讲座成功拉下了帷幕🪲。

A Lecture👌🧑🏻：An Overview of Britain and Cultural Experience in Asia and Africa

At 7 p.m. on September 29th, Mr.Sean McHugh, the overseas teacher of the School of Foreign Languages, held a lecture named " An Overview of Britain and Cultural Experience in Asia and Africa" in Liyun A302.

First of all, Sean introduced the overall history and great culture of Britain. He narrated geography, policy, architectural features and cultural environment of Britain. Because of the beautiful pictures in the slideshow and Sean''s vivid introduction, students were led into a mysterious world of Britain. Sean introduced a Britain symbolic bulldog, a special oak, Oxford University, Shakespeare''s master works and amazing art in the west. All the students not only were attracted by charming customs of foreign countries, but also admired the profound cultural heritage.

Secondly, Sean shared his unforgettable traveling experience with students. He told them his interesting stories during the journey, and explained the different culture between east and west in a special aspect. In the meanwhile, Sean expressed his enthusiasm about China. The audiences concentrated on the speech and enjoyed themselves very much.

At last, Sean had a good communication with students, and the speech ended with joy and laugh.
