11月14日下午🧑🎓，九游会平台辅导员林子健老师带领外院职协干事及外院四年级毕业生🤌🏻，前往珠海励步国际儿童教育中心进行观摩学习。
励步国际儿童教育中心负责人王先生介绍了励步的历程与特色。他表示，励步作为国际数一数二的儿童教育机构♚，教学活动不仅配备一流硬件设备，而且注重发展学生思维🐸，以“互动式”取代以教师为中心的“填鸭式”教育模式🔷🦢，以此提高儿童英语的学习兴趣。课堂上，老师将美国教学法中国化👨🏼🎓🛬，游戏和实践相结合，提高儿童的英语学习能力。随后🧙🏽♂️，Phoebe老师和Anna助教的体验课程演示，突出欧美幼儿园及小学通行的CLIL教学法效果。课堂使用全英教学，通过对儿童进行鼓励👋🏼，提升儿童说英语的信心。据悉，Anna助教是九游会平台的毕业生，目前她在励步担任助教。在她看来，励步的工作环境是珠海同类型机构中最好的🍂，是国际认证的品牌🦸🏼♀️，是一个起点很高的平台🧑🏻🦽。她认为🤚，在参加北京培训过后🌌💡，她在儿童英语教育方面变得更加专业、成熟和自信，发展空间也得到提高。
励步负责人王先生说🗿，励步将持续招聘实习生，大一、大二👩🏿⚕️、大三年级的学生在周末到励步教育机构兼职助教。此外，未来想成为教师的学生可前往北京进行培训🚰，学习美式英语和儿歌等课程👩👦，若能通过最终考核，将成为励步国际儿童教育中心的一名教师🚵🏿👩🏽。
此次励步之行，是九游会平台与励步国际儿童教育中心的首次校外合作活动。在观摩学习之余，同学们也对励步国际儿童教育中心的教学模式有了清晰的认识。

The Communion and Study inFirst LeapTraining School

Seniors of the School of Foreign Languages and members of Association of Career Development, led by Mr. Lin Zijian, counselor of the School of Foreign Languages visitedFirst LeapTraining School on November 14.
As the director of theFirst Leap, Mr. Wang introduced their history and feature in a spirit of hospitality. Mr. Wang said that interactivity is the most important part in the class. “ It’s necessary to encourage children to join the activities, and try to improve their learning ability through games and practice.” After that, Miss Phoebe and Anna had a demo class in English, conducted in a teaching pedagogy of CLIL, universally popular in Europe and USA with an aim to encourage kids’ confidence in speaking English.
Anna, the teaching assistant who had graduated from the School of Foreign Languages of Beijing Normal Unversity, at Zhuhai, said that one of the best things about working atFirst Leapis the variety of curriculum. What’s more, First Leap, an accredited as an international brand, ranks distinctively as an Educational Institution. “Working at First Leap and living in Zhuhai has already been an amazing experience for me and I am excited for the year to come!”
Mr. Wang added that, he hoped more and more students could join theFirst Leap, whether you had graduated or not, they will provide part-time jobs or even a training in Beijing, for graduates and undergraduates.
This activity was the first co-operation between the School of Foreign Languages and the First Leap. It was a good example of communion and study.
